		BEST BITTER - 4.6 % A traditional British-style ‘Bitter Ale’ bursting with flavour and real bitterness. A firm bitterness supported by caramel malt flavours and an aroma of East Kent Goldings hops. COLOUR: Copper ABV: 4.6% BITTERNESS: 31 IBU Bronze medal AIBA 2009 Silver medal AIBA 2007
		RAUCH BIER – 6.1% Our interpretation of the famous smoked beers from Bamberg. Made with all German malts, including some that have been dried over beechwood fires. It has a distinctive smoky aroma followed by a light caramel sweetness. COLOUR: Bronze ABV: 6.1% BITTERNESS: 22 IBU
		PORTER - 4.8% An interpretation of the classic Robust Porter, this full-bodied beer delivers a rich and complex flavour. The malty aroma and hop bitterness are complemented by hints of chocolate and roasted coffee. COLOUR: Opaque Black ABV: 4.8% BITTERNESS: 27 IBU
		RYE ESB - 5.8% A new take on the classic style of ’Extra Special Bitter’ - This big, malty brew has flavours of toffee, caramel and biscuit, complemented by a strong, smooth hop bitterness. A healthy dose of rye gives the beer a unique peppery, spicy character. COLOUR: Deep Ruby Bronze ABV: 5.8% BITTERNESS: 54 IBU
		GINGER SPLICE - 3% Pineapple, ginger and lime fuse to create a fun beer that has a distinct taste of the tropics. COLOUR: Vivid Yellow ABV: 3% BITTERNESS: 4 IBU
		GINGER NUT- 3% A unique blend of coconut and real Buderim Ginger create a tropical beer experience. COLOUR: Hazy, Light Straw ABV: 3% BITTERNESS: 4 IBU
		CHILLI BEER - 4.6% This pale, easy drinking ale has the added bite of chilli. Made with a closely guarded infusion of Queensland-grown birds-eye chillies. COLOUR: Straw Gold ABV: 4.6% BITTERNESS: 16 IBU Bronze medal AIBA 2007
		GINGER KEGS - 3% Real ginger BEER! Made with our local ginger - the world famous Buderim Ginger! This beer is light and easy, with plenty of flavour, making it the perfect thirst quencher. COLOUR: Pale Golden ABV: 3% BITTERNESS: 4 IBU
